Our commitment to quality, evident at every level of the organization, begins with the quotation and order entry processes where Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) promotes that quality concerns are identified and addressed early in the process assuring customer satisfaction. Once the project is underway, our supply management and incoming inspection processes increase the certainty that raw materials arrive on time and at the highest possible standards while manufacturing is tightly controlled to ensure that product is produced to exact customer specifications. Quality activities of PPAP, Control Plans, First Article Inspections, Gage R&R and Capability studies are all part of the services we can provide.

The commitment to quality reaches well beyond our ISO certification and can be seen in our ongoing investments in technology and employee training. Technologies such as Non-Contact Programmable Vision Inspection and Touch Probe CMM ensure that Rearick continues to keep up to date with the most challenging quality requirements. Ongoing employee training helps our quality systems to continuously progress and keep pace with the most demanding customer expectations.
