CNC Machining

Rearick Tooling/ JIT utilizes both 3-axis and 5-axis DMG, Mazak and Hurco machining centers, having vertical and horizontal capabilities for all types of machining applications.

We have multi-axis Integrex Mill-Turn lathes to provide the ability to machine the most complex parts.

Our Citizen CNC Swiss machines are uniquely suited for small and delicate parts with both tight tolerances and large production quantities. With these machines we can leverage lead times to give our customers quality parts in the shortest time possible.

The variety of equipment at Rearick allows manufacturing processes that are suitable for individual component manufacturing as well as small and large production quantities. We have experience with a variety of materials including:

• Previously cast products.

Your part could be delivered in as little as 1 to 2 days. We partner with the Construction, Medical, Electronics, Energy and Aerospace industries where precise tolerances are required. Machining complex parts of all types and materials, soft or hardened, can be accomplished in 2D and 3D programming using GIBBS CAM.
