Conventional and Wire EDM

Rearick Tooling/ JIT utilizes a large EDM group specializing in both wire EDM (WEDM) and conventional EDM services. Our machines are capable of automating the manufacturing process through LIGHTS OUT operation, saving you money and improving delivery over traditional Machining/ Grinding processes. Wire EDM is ideal for many parts and projects, with ultra-precise accuracy up to +/- 0.0001. An energized wire does the work so no tooling is required to produce wire EDM parts, which allows for a quick turnaround.

Our Conventional EDM department uses manual and CNC equipment to produce complex 3D components for your most intricate parts. Electrodes are manufactured to a specific geometry which in turn produce the final form to precise tolerances. We utilize the latest DP Technology ESPRIT CAD/CAM software for our programming systems. This allows us to quickly program 2D and 3D complex geometry. Customer provided dxf, igs, and dwg files can easily be converted into programs by our skilled programmers.
